Landscape Architect / Designer
We are looking for an additional Landscape Architect or a Landscape Designer to join our award-winning Residential Design team.

Contact UsYou’ll work with our exclusive residential clients, designing luxurious and functional outdoor spaces, and play a key role throughout the design process from the initial consultation and design, through to the construction handover phase. Your designs and client interactions will ensure TDL maintains and grows its reputation as a leading boutique designer in the residential landscaping industry.
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally, you will have at least 3-5 years of relevant landscape design experience
(preferably in residential design). - Proficiency in various design software, in particular AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- An ability to manage time effectively, stay focused, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the construction process and planning approvals process would be an advantage.

Contact UsWe have an exciting opportunity for a Junior/Graduate Estimator to join our Commercial Construction team based in our Osborne Park office. This is an entry level role where you will be provided with dedicated training and support to develop your existing knowledge and skill set in becoming a well-rounded and proficient Estimator.
Some of the key tasks you will perform include:
- Assisting with the preparation of tender packages.
- Preparing cost estimates for small, medium, and large-scale commercial projects in conjunction with the Senior Estimator.
- Responding to calls and queries regarding tender pricing.
- Obtaining relevant subcontractor pricing and quotes.
Ideally, you will have a degree or TAFE qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying, or some relevant prior experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in writing and verbally, tech savvy and a positive attitude, eager to learn, making you a supportive team player.

Contact UsWe are currently looking for Gardeners to assist on a range of landscape maintenance projects throughout the Perth metro and Port Kennedy areas.
To be successful, you’ll need to be a positive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll be completing a range of general landscape maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
- Turf maintenance (cylinder, rotary and ride-on mowing)
- Gardening duties (pruning, hedging, weeding etc.)
- Pest & disease control
- Fertiliser application
- Irrigation maintenance
- Softscape upgrades
Prior experience or qualifications such as Certificate’s in Horticulture and MR licences will be favourably looked upon. However, we are able to offer traineeships and further training and support to those looking to enter the industry. These roles pay above award rates and uniforms are provided.

STudent & Graduate Opportunities
Work Experience
We offer seasonal work experience opportunities to some students during school holidays, fill out an application and tell us why you would be a good candidate. TDL work experience is an opportunity to make money and explore your interest in landscaping before making a commitment to it as your future career.
School based traineeships
If you are still at school, you can access an apprenticeship through your school. Talk to your school's VET Co-ordinator or career councillor about starting your training through VET in Schools. A training plan will be developed through a registered training organisation (such as a TAFE), and will need to be authorised by you, your school, and a guardian if you are under 18. As an SBAT you would be required to work a minimum average of 7.5 hours of paid work per week, averaged over six months. Your training may be completed while at school, or after you have finished.
Traineeships – 12 months
We offer apprenticeships or traineeships to school-leavers. If you are no longer at school, you can apply for an apprenticeship or traineeship and get paid while you learn and work. Spend time working and learning practical skills on the job and undertake structured training with a registered training provider.
