LANDSCAPE DESIGNER OR ARCHITECT

We are currently looking for an experienced, innovative and talented Landscape Architect or Designer to join our team. We are looking for someone with passion for their job, a designer that thinks outside the box, whilst creating beautiful and environmentally aware landscapes that will thrill our clients.

Proven and established experience in residential design is a must, as is a demonstrated ability to develop a client’s vision and brief from a concept, through to a working set of construction drawings.

You will be both a team player but also someone with the ability and confidence to work independently. You will have the ability to adapt to change in a fast paced studio environment whilst managing multiple projects. A high level of proficiency in Sketch-Up and AutoCad are essential. 

A very attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate depending on experience and skill sets.

We are seeking a passionate, adaptable and experienced Part Time WHS Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Work Health and Safety standards are met on both our Commercial and Residential worksites and that our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to ensure commitment to the delivery of high quality, safe and innovative work practices. You will be responsible for the complete WHS function, including refining and implementing procedures, reporting, communication, training and continuously improvement to ensure both company and legislative compliance. You will be able to manage risk and implement practical controls across both Commercial and Residential worksites.  This will include performing site inspections, safety audits and representing the company on major projects, whilst ensuring the team are complying with all safety requirements.  You will provide WHS advice and guidance to all staff and organise/manage safety and toolbox meetings. It will be imperative that you work closely with Senior Management on practical initiatives to reduce accidents or incidents and enable transparency and continuous improvement

You will need to be: A qualified and experienced WHS all-rounder with a minimum Cert IV in Work, Health and Safety or equivalent and be highly knowledgeable in current WHS systems and processes within a similar landscaping or construction environment. You will be a flexible thinker with a keen interest in training, process development, improvement and effective management to ensure that all levels within the organisation are equipped with the appropriate WHS skill and understanding. You will be a reliable, positive, adaptable, relaxed person with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude, who can communicate effectively at all levels, both in the field and office.  You will be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment to achieve best practice initiatives. A white card and steel cap boots are mandatory as is the desire to work at both grass roots and office functional levels.

LANDSCAPE GARDENERS - MAINTENANCE

We are growing and have a couple of positions for experienced, keen, fit & healthy, hardworking people who can join our Maintenance team to service our Mandurah, South West clients and  Bunbury clients. Ideally, we will attract 2 local people one around Bunbury and 1 around Mandurah  

Experience in all facets of Landscape Maintenance for Commercial and Residential sites is highly regarded. We will also consider eager people looking for a career start via a traineeship.

You will be a positive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who is happy to complete varied manual handling and related landscape tasks within a small team as directed, to make beautiful landscapes. MH License and white card highly regarded. Uniforms and PPE will be provided.
