John XXIII College

TDL was awarded the landscape construction works as part of the major redevelopment at John XXIII College, which included a new two-storey administration building, extensions to the library and teaching blocks, upgrades to Roncalli Hall, and refurbishment of staff facilities, car parks, and external areas.

TDL’s scope featured garden beds, a planted swale, turf, and extensive planting, along with stone boulders, steppers, stairs, soakwells, and sporting and play equipment — including a wheelchair-accessible carousel. Site furniture and a new entry canopy were also installed, contributing to a functional, welcoming, and accessible outdoor environment for students, staff, and visitors.
