Lucent Apartments

Lucent Claremont is a 39-apartment development where TDL provided partial design input and delivered full landscape construction. The project featured innovative greenery, including ‘hanging’ trees and extensive planter boxes that soften the facades. A central courtyard, designed for wind protection, enhances livability while integrating advanced tree procurement to ensure a thriving landscape.

TDL’s construction scope included drainage solutions across five levels, planting, soil conditioning, irrigation, and trellises for vertical greenery. The strategic placement of feature trees within facade voids transformed the space, bringing vibrancy and sustainability to the precinct.
