Mineral Resources (MinRes), a prominent mining services company, envisioned their new Osborne Park headquarters not as a conventional office, but as a wellness-focused workplace designed to enhance the comfort, health, and performance of their employees. Their innovative approach led to the creation of a building that prioritises connection to the outdoors as a key contributor to wellbeing. The landscape plays a central role in this vision, providing natural spaces that encourage relaxation, reflection, and informal interaction throughout the workday.

TDL was engaged to deliver the landscape construction, detailed design and documentation, and ongoing maintenance for the project. The scope included planting and mature tree transplanting for immediate impact, ornamental detailing, irrigation systems, verge and concrete work.
