Our Community
TDL has been a part of the WA community for over forty years. In that time we've grown a lot, thanks to the hard work of our team and the patronage of our local community. We're proud to be able to give back to the people and community that has helped us to thrive. We do our best to foster a culture of gratitude and generosity, that we hope helps to make the community we live in even stronger.
COMMUNITY EFFORTS

NAWIC - National Association of Women in Construction
Women in the construction industry still represent a minority. TDL strives to bring women into our industry by creating opportunities for women to achieve their career goals and celebrating their achievements. TDL is a proud, regular sponsor of the NAWIC awards, which recognise the incredible and under-sung achievements of women in our industry, including those among TDL's ranks.

Platypus Charity
Platypus was founded in 2011 by a small group of individuals seeking to support underprivileged Vietnamese children of ethnic minority groups in accessing education. TDL has contributed to this goal in part through our regular charity Hot-Laps event, which awards donors a chance to take a ride in classic racing cars, with an experienced racer at the helm.

Wheels for Hope
TDL participates in Wheels for Hope's Celebration of the Motorcar charity fundraiser. Held at the Cottesloe Civic Centre, the event gathers funds for the foundation, which has the end goal of improving the mobility of people with disabilities. TDL contributes to displaying classic cars, and offer an auction prize for a ride in a very rare and exciting classic car.

Asthma Foundation
TDL brings together a group of like-minded business people to create a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience that is an auction item in a charity ball. On one occasion, the event a long distance drive featuring a fleet of historic porsche racecars that drove participants to collie raceway, where they were each given a rally co-driver experience with world reknowned racer Alistair McRae, adn then were picked up in two of heli-west's helicopters and taken on a scenic flight back to Perth.

Brightwater Care Group
TDL has a long working relationship with Brightwater, and are proud to work with this not-for-profit provider. We are also proud to be donors of the organisation, supporting them to provide additional services and equipment to the people in their care. TDL has also been involved in a charity race-day experience at Barbagallo raceway.

HAA and Uniting
TDL has been working pro-bono with Uniting and Housing All Australians to redesign the landscapes at Wyn Carr House in Fremantle in keeping with their goal of creating a purpose-built accommodation facility for women aged over 55, the fastest-growing group of people experiencing homelessness.

Perth Homeless Support Group
Regular drives are held in the TDL office by our plant procurement officer, Marsha Wulf. The whole team gets involved, and each year support grows. Several drives are held throughout the year. PHSG is a charity whose goal is to help meet the basic needs of people experiencing homelessness. Homelessness is on the rise, and we encourage you to help by supporting this worthy cause!

WA Pet Project
Regular drives are held in the TDL office by our plant procurement officer, Marsha Wulf for both the Perth Homeless Support Group and the WA pet project, Marsha has grown our contributions every year since she began. We're big animal lovers at TDL, which is why we love and support this service.
