Landscape Design

perth's Landscaping designers

All of our clients have a unique outdoor space or project in mind. Our job is to refine those ideas and inspiration and develop an exceptional and functional design that is unique, elegant and most importantly reflects your personality and lifestyle. We combine our practical know-how and design expertise to create a space that clients will enjoy and want to relax, entertain and spend time in for years to come. When a design is complete, we also provide construction and maintenance services, and can guide you through the entire process of bringing a landscape to life. Our comprehensive approach to landscape design helps to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, on budget, and on time.

We undertake the design process in two stages. Sketch stage is the initial proposal accompanied by a budget, the second stage is the concept stage based on your feedback and the revisions required to undertake the works with a fixed price construction contract the goal at the end of this stage. Here's how the process works.

  • STEP 1 - Design Consultation

An initial design consultation is our opportunity to explore the possibilities for your new landscape. This consultation is usually held onsite at your property, unless you haven’t commenced construction yet, in which case it is held in our design studio. During this consultation, we will ask questions and listen intently so we can fully understand your needs and expectations, we will also provide valuable input and ideas for how to best use your space. From this session a design fee proposal including a design brief will be prepared and emailed to you. On-site consultations incur a $275 fee and design studio consultations incur a $165 fee, consultation fees are discounted from your design fees should you choose to proceed.

  • STEP 2 - Sketch Plan Stage

This design brief together with your site evaluation enables us to develop a sketch plan. This illustrates the proposed layout of various elements, materials, finishes and colour scheme. Once this is complete, we meet with you again, and, depending on what design package you choose, a series of images, sketch plans and or 3D representations will be presented to communicate our combined ideas for your garden design. We will also provide you with an estimate for the scope of works.

  • STEP 3 - Concept Plan Stage

After the presentation of our sketch plan, if there are any additions or changes that need to be made, we will work through these with you to refine and establish a final concept design. Once the design is final, we'll provide you with a fixed price construction contract and talk you through the next step of getting started on your build.
