This multi-storey commercial landscape project demonstrates TDL’s capacity to manage complex construction across expansive built environments. The works included large-scale tree installation, coordinated planting zones and refined ground plane treatments designed to soften the vertical form of the development and introduce texture at scale.

All soils, mulches and advanced tree stock were craned into position, requiring meticulous logistical planning, staged access management and seamless coordination across multiple levels to maintain programme and quality standards. Structural soil preparation engineered planting systems and precise set-out were critical to ensuring long-term viability within the high-density coastal footprint.
The result is a cohesive, high-performing landscape that integrates effortlessly with the building’s mass and movement corridors, enhancing environmental performance while delivering a resilient and visually unified outcome.
