Baldivis North Shopping Centre

TDL was awarded the design and construction contract for the Baldivis North Shopping Centre, encompassing all internal and external landscaping requirements. Given the high-traffic nature of the shopping centre, it was essential that all finishes were of high quality and durability.

The project faced the challenge of a compressed timeline, but despite this, a notable outcome was delivered on time. The collaborative efforts of the subcontractors allowed the project to be completed six weeks ahead of schedule, leading to a successful opening day that the client and builder team celebrated.

Following construction, TDL was also granted the ongoing maintenance contract to ensure the landscape’s continued growth and vitality, reinforcing the project’s commitment to long-term success
