Botanical Apartments

This premier mixed-use development is situated within the greater Fine China Precinct in Subiaco. The Landscape design was to reflect the projects name with vertical elements surrounding a central void and extensive surrounding planting. The devel­opment includes an open roof terrace with an infin­ity pool and amenities on the 5th floor. In addition, the surrounding Public Access Ways were required to be designed and resolved with the local coun­cil to ensure a valuable space for the general public.
