TDL has played a key role in the landscape design for Glyde Street Residences, a medium-to-high-density residential and mixed-use development in Mosman Park. Strategically positioned near the Mosman Park Train Station, this project forms part of the evolving Mosman Park Town Centre, designed to accommodate urban infill while preserving the surrounding neighborhood’s character.
Peet’s vision for Glyde Street Residences is a high-quality architectural and urban design solution, incorporating 42 apartments and 2 commercial tenancies across 8 floors with a basement level. TDL’s landscape design supports this vision by integrating greenery into the built form, enhancing the site’s sense of place, and contributing to the revitalization of the commercial precinct.
