The landscape upgrade at Hellenic Community Aged Care transforms a previously underutilised courtyard into a vibrant and welcoming outdoor space designed to support resident wellbeing, social interaction, and peaceful reflection. The space now offers a calming environment for residents and their families to connect and enjoy time outdoors.
Key features include a fruit orchard and herb garden that invite residents to engage in gardening and harvesting activities. Delivered by TDL’s Commercial Design and Construction team, the works encompassed planting, turf installation, ornamental elements, custom furniture, irrigation, paving, arbors, garden beds, and limestone construction—creating a functional, inclusive, and uplifting outdoor setting.
