TDL was approached and engaged to rectify an existing development with a brief to provide the attention to detail required to activate the spaces. Amending existing drainage was not desired, thus TDL chose to provide custom planters sited over a lateral strip drain between existing columns and a proposed arbor to provide a ceiling of greenery. This softened the space and encourage tenants out into the space to admire the view.
