TDL designed, constructed, and now maintained the landscaping for One Richardson, a landmark mixed-use development in South Perth. Our involvement spanned landscape and irrigation design, detailed construction drawings, and on-the-ground delivery across the ground floor and rooftop terrace.

The scope included softscapes, planting, edging, paving, raised garden beds, irrigation, and furniture installation. With the high-rise component, bulk material logistics presented a challenge, but our team ensured a seamless delivery. Now under our ongoing maintenance, the landscape will continue to thrive, enhancing the space for residents and visitors alike.
