Paris Grove – Albemarle Accommodation Village

The Albemarle Accommodation Village, known as Paris Grove, is a sustainable precinct developed to support the Kemerton plant’s expansion. TDL handled the landscape design, construction, and maintenance of this facility, which accommodates up to 850 workers. With a landscape-led design philosophy, Paris Grove creates a modern environment that prioritises workforce needs while promoting sustainability. The design features minimalistic hardscape materials and a variety of plant species that foster relaxation and enhance ecological value. Outdoor spaces are equipped with amenities to encourage social interaction and incorporate Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles for safety and surveillance. The result is a vibrant village that meets residents’ practical needs and fosters a strong sense of community and well-being.
