QV1 on St George’s Terrace, is a large scale soft-scape install from TDL’s commercial construction team. The star of the project is an impressive palm tree transplant – which required shutting down St George’s Terrace. The significant traffic management proved to be a worthwhile challenge, as the resulting space not only enhances the visual appeal of the building but also instils a serene ambiance amid the bustling city, providing a welcome sanctuary for visitors and occupants alike.

At one of the busiest intersections of Perth CBD, this collaboration with Builders – CDI Group, and landscape architects Josh Byrne & Associates, provides a space for more than just business – it’s a place for community to connect. This space is the winner of the 2023 Sustainability and Resilience, Facilities Management Industry Awards for Excellence.
