Rocklea Palms Village

TDL was engaged for the landscape design and construction of Rocklea Palms Village, a significant development in the challenging conditions of the Pilbara region. The broader project involved the installation of 262 modular buildings, including essential facilities such as common rooms, laundry areas, and an expanded dry mess and kitchen. TDL’s scope included extensive landscape works, ensuring a functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environment. Despite the extreme heat and harsh terrain, TDL successfully delivered irrigation, turf, planting, steel edging, stone, drainage swales, gravel pathways, and planters. The team’s expertise and adaptability were crucial in overcoming site challenges while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Rocklea Palms Village is a valuable addition to Paraburdoo, and TDL is proud to have contributed to this impactful development for Rio Tinto.
