SATTERLEY ELLENBROOK RETAIL PRECINCT

Landscape installation works for the Ellenbrook retail precinct were completed across Satterley Stages 1–3, including full softscape delivery and irrigation design. The project required the installation of durable, high-performing planting zones suited to a busy retail environment. Retail precincts demand strong construction methodologies, clear sightlines and reliable long-term amenity, and this installation reflects the team’s capability in delivering cohesive, high-quality landscapes that support both function and visual appeal.

The works were carried out in collaboration with Sarich Building and Tydan Construction, ensuring seamless integration with multiple construction programs. Effective communication and coordination helped maintain timelines and achieve a consistent standard of finish across all stages.
