The Terraces – the Esplanade

The Terraces is a boutique development featuring seven stacked luxury villas, comprising four private residences and three serviced apartments. Designed to reflect the material character of the original 1960s red brick home on-site, the project seamlessly integrates contemporary architecture with a sense of heritage. TDL was responsible for both the landscape design and construction, ensuring the outdoor spaces complemented the refined aesthetic of the development.
