The key responsibilities include:

• Procurement of all Residential Construction projects.
• Scheduling of trades.
• Supplier and sub-contractor management.
• Preparing variation costs in conjunction with the Construction Supervisor.
• Reconciliation of provisional sums.
• Processing invoices.
