Designed, constructed and maintained by TDL, this 168 home and 110 bed high care facility sees two full time staff maintain the extensive gardens, turf, trees and water features. A working partnership between Brightwater management and the TDL team sees issues resolved quickly and that a high standard of presentation is maintained throughout the village. This site won the inaugural LIAWA Award of Excellence for commercial landscape maintenance in 2009.
