Overton Terraces

Overton Terraces was one of the luxury apartment developments passed by the Cottesloe council. With its 11 unique apartments, situated just 200m from one of Perth premier beaches, it takes ocean front living to the next level. Our landscape design needed to complement the floorplan which focused on creating a seamless flow from inside to out. A green wall, rooftop garden balconies and terraces were created around this, all the while, borrowing from the expansive natural view of the ocean in front. The planting palette was carefully considered due to its close proximity to the coast and the conditions that accompany it. The final result, a perfect balance of elegance and relaxed coastal living.
